Freedom from Smoking Program

Are You Ready to Quit?

You know quitting smoking is hard. That ‘s why smokers need “Freedom from Smoking,” the Gold standard in smoking cessation programs for more than 25 years. The program approaches the difficulties of quitting with a sensitive, supportive style.

The small group setting allows for the personal attention that is needed for success. There are eight interactive sessions featuring discussion and skills practice over seven weeks.

This program is brought to you by the American Lung Association and the Hult Center for Healthy Living.

*Informational Session/Registration:

  • Monday, July 7, 2014
  • Time: 4:30 pm-6:30 pm

*Class sessions: (A light dinner will be provided.)

  • July:
    • (Monday) July 21 & 28
  • August:
    • (Monday) August 4, 11, 18, 25
    • (Wednesday) August 13th
  • Time: 5:30 – 7 pm for all class sessions

Where: Hult Center for Healthy Living – 5215 N Knoxville, Peoria, IL. Call 309-692-6650 to register.

Cost: $150 registration fee

Classes are open to the general public. For employees of ICC if you complete the program and stay smoke free for 6 months ICC will pay you back the $150 you paid for registration.
